According to Edurio, insights from nearly 400,000 staff, pupils and parents during the 2024/25 school year reveal both progress and persistent challenges across education. While staff retention is improving and overall experiences are on the rise, fewer than half of secondary pupils feel happy at school, and only 16% say they regularly learn about people like themselves in class.
