While workload and development remain top challenges for retention, new research from Tradewind Recruitment reveals a silver lining: workplace culture is a primary strength in our schools. Based on a survey of nearly UK 1,000 educators and school leaders, the findings suggest that ensuring staff feel appreciated is a powerful tool leaders can use to protect staff mental health and wellbeing.
