In education, leadership is not defined by a position or title; it is demonstrated through actions, influence, and a commitment to helping others succeed. Every member of the school community, from CEO’s, teachers and support staff to students, has the opportunity to lead by modelling positive behaviours, sharing knowledge, and inspiring growth. Effective leadership is about building trust, fostering collaboration, and creating an environment where everyone feels valued and empowered.

At The Primary First Trust we deliver our own Leadership Pathways, attended by internal and external colleagues, designed to develop leadership at all levels to have impact on our children, our communities, and our teams. This opportunity enables us to share our knowledge and good practice and support existing and future leaders in our wider communities.

When individuals take responsibility, show initiative, and support those around them, they contribute to a culture of continuous improvement where learning and achievement can flourish for all.
